Exception for Couture Pieces – Alterations: We understand the unique nature of couture fashion. For our couture pieces, we offer a one-week alteration period for fit adjustments. This service is our commitment to ensuring the perfect quality and fit of these exclusive items.

Alteration Process for Couture Items:

• Requests for alterations must be made and shipped within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, except for the necessary alterations.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a trackable shipping service is recommended.

Quality Assurance: Every piece from “By Christopher Michael” undergoes rigorous quality checks. Should you find a manufacturing defect upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will address such concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
